Requirements for Umrah Visa Services:
1. Two passport-sized white background photos.
2. A valid passport that will not expire till the next 6 months.
3. The procedure by applying by post goes by having a prepaid, self-addressed envelope, registered/ recorded, for the return of the processed passport. It must be duly checked
that you have submitted the correct passport keeping in mind the actual weight
of your parcel. *Please expect one week for the return of your processed
passport.
1 4. People who are applying from the Republic of Ireland should enclose a minimum of 9 (nine) coupons.
5. A booked return ticket of the airline you wish to travel from.
6. A Meningitis immunization certificate.
7. People belonging outside the U.K or E.U must possess a valid visa showing that they have entered the UK at least two months before the application process.
8. Parents who are bringing children aged one year or over traveling on parent's passports must
have their photograph attached to their passport and approved by the concerned
authorities. A Mehram, who could be a spouse, father, uncle, adult son, brother, or adult nephew, is required to help every girl.The minimum age for a Mehram must be 16 years or above.
Important Notes:
1. It would take at least 24 hours for the processing of the visa if all the documents are in order.

3. For passport, collection/drop off: Monday to Thursday from 11:00 A.M. until 02:00 P.M. Friday
11:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M.
14. Emergency passport collection/drop off: Monday to Friday from 04:45 P.M. until 05:15 P.M.
5. Visa Servicess are issued ONCE per person. Applications are typically accepted starting on the first day of Moharram and ending on the fifteenth day of Ramadan.
6. For visas, acceptance of applications will commence on the 15th of Shawal and the last day for the acceptance of the applications is the 25th of Dhu’l – Qada. Pilgrims
Traveling by land should apply earlier.
7. Visa is valid from the date it is issued till the date mentioned on it.
8. For people who have traveled to the Kingdom in 2016 or later for Umrah, there are taxes
imposed by the government of £425 per person. They also apply to children.
Your stay in Saudi Arabia will begin on the day you arrive and will last the entire season.
For Umrah, you may remain no more than two weeks. We also give our valued clients the option to customize Umrah packages to suit their tastes.

Visa processing time depends on the Saudi Embassy. At Amina Travels, we advise clients to book their packages 15 days ahead of the day they wish to go in order to avoid any inconveniences. During the period of Umrah, pilgrims must have a valid certificate of vaccination against the ACWY strains of Meningitis.
